Leveraging 20 years of operating company experience combined with over 12 years in executive search, Donna brings a distinct approach to executive search. Prior to establishing Pine Street Partners, she was a Partner in two leading boutique healthcare executive search firms focused on private equity portfolio companies.
Prior to search, Donna was Chief Operating Officer of an early stage, high growth, multi-site healthcare services platform. She also held commercial leadership roles in global healthcare companies including Toshiba Medical Systems and Philips Medical Systems as well as investor-backed healthcare and medical technology organizations.
Based in Philadelphia, Donna is active in the community. She is a member of the Chairman’s Council of the Mann Center for Performing Arts and volunteers for Philadelphia Treats for Troops. A graduate of Old Dominion University, Donna was a scholarship student athlete playing on two Division I National Championship Field Hockey teams.
With over 17 years of professional experience, Jenny has worked in executive search, recruiting strategy & operations and technology sales. Prior to joining Pine Street Partners, Jenny led the executive search function for Humana, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, recruiting across all senior level functions. During her 10 year tenure with the Company, she also led recruiting operations designing and implementing sourcing and search strategies for a team of over 100 recruiters. Known for excellent client and candidate management and satisfaction, Jenny possesses the unique ability of marrying the required skillset and experience with the right cultural fit.
Jenny earned her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and is based in Louisville, KY.
Connie brings over 30 years of executive search expertise to Pine Street Partners and is relied upon as a senior advisor focused on search execution excellence. Her experience includes seventeen years with Strawn Arnold & Associates where she was the Partner in charge of recruiting operations overseeing research, candidate identification, development, and selection. Connie is skilled in planning and executing search methodologies that support deep candidate pool development and timely, outstanding results. Her experience includes directing recruiting operations for Millennium Pharmaceuticals, EY, KPMG,
Aetna, and E-Systems, a division of Raytheon.
Connie has held faculty and staff positions at the University of Connecticut and the University of Arkansas. She earned an M.A. in Communications and an Ed.D. from the University of Arkansas.
