Milan serves as Executive Search Consultant and Chief of Staff for Pine Street Partners. She is a loyal teammate passionate about talent, healthcare, and technology. Over the course of her executive search career, she has contributed to over 150+ successful searches at the Board, Operating Partner, C-Suite, and VP level. In her role with Pine Street Partners, she contributes to all aspects of the search execution process including market research, project management, search strategy, and candidate development for the firm’s Board and C-Suite searches.
Prior to Pine Street Partners, Milan worked for Teneo, a global advisory firm, where she served as Vice President & Chief of Staff to the practice’s CEO, and supported clients from both Fortune 100 and private equity-backed companies, across industries. Previously, she worked for Ross & Company, a specialist executive search firm serving private equity-backed healthcare companies.
Milan holds a B.A. in Sociology from Providence College.
