With over 17 years of professional experience, Jenny has worked in executive search, recruiting strategy & operations and technology sales. Prior to joining Pine Street Partners, Jenny worked in executive search for Humana, recruiting across all senior level functions. During her 10-year tenure with the Company, she also held the role of Talent Strategy Advisor leading the design and implementation of sourcing and marketing strategies supporting a team of over 100 recruiters. Jenny started her career as an enterprise sales executive with CA Technologies. Known for excellent client and candidate satisfaction, Jenny possesses the unique ability of marrying the required skillset and experience with the right cultural fit.
Jenny earned her BA in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She is based in Louisville, KY.
