A seasoned healthcare operator, leader, and executive advisor, Danielle brings over 25 years of experience launching, scaling, and operating companies at the forefront of innovation. With a strong track record in early-stage growth, she brings a unique combination of strategic insight, operational rigor, and leadership development expertise to executive search.
Prior to joining Pine Street Partners as Executive in Residence, Danielle was a Venture Chair at Redesign Health where she partnered with founders and investors to build healthcare startups from the ground up. She played a hands-on role in shaping strategy, establishing product market fit, raising capital, building core teams, and recruiting and developing executive talent. Previously, Danielle spent nearly 15 years at Amwell. Joining at inception, she helped transform the company into a market-leading digital health platform and positioning Amwell for its IPO. Over the course of the company’s expansion, she held several executive leadership roles including President of Strategic Partnerships, President & GM of Health Plans, and President of Client Solutions. Across these roles, she built teams, forged key enterprise partnerships, and led initiatives that defined the company’s growth. Prior to Amwell, Danielle held executive roles in global sales, product distribution, corporate development, marketing, and client operations at MEDecision, Hewlett-Packard, and Bluestone Software. Earlier in her career Danielle was an investment banker at Wells Fargo.
Danielle earned her degree in Finance from Drexel University and is based in Philadelphia.
